6 Bonuses & Promotions

ge77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000.

• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳24,000 in bets.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• An example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Another example: a ৳18,000 deposit earns a maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳28,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

ge77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Under the VIP programme, members are placed across three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and may enjoy weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.5%, and 0.8% respectively.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on ge77 operate under a fair and impartial play policy. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that no outcome is predetermined.

• Each game has its own rules, which it is advisable to read before starting the game.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error or server disconnection, ge77 may determine the outcome at its own discretion.
• The user bears full responsibility for any internet disconnection that occurs during gameplay.
• In sports betting, bets on cancelled matches will be refunded, unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• ge77 reserves the right to void any bet where suspicious activity is detected.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

ge77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide documents requested for verification.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request.

All valid transactions will be settled before an account is closed. However, if evidence of prohibited activity is found, the balance may be forfeited. If a member wishes to close their account, please contact the support team — the account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been settled.

11 Limitation of Liability

ge77 shall not be liable for the following:

• Interruption to a gaming session due to internet disconnection or third-party service failure.
• Account credentials being compromised due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Any financial loss resulting from gaming — gaming is done entirely voluntarily and at the user's own risk.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment provider services.
• Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
